The Saudi Aviation Club Eastern Province is an organization affiliate under the Saudi Aviation Club that was formally established by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (217) on December 4, 2000. The mission of the club is to aspire personal and recreational aviation and its related activities in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia with the highest standards of operation and safety guidelines. Saudi Aviation Club Eastern Province will control branches throughout the Eastern Province to serve the citizens and the residents and to impose rules and regulations of the general Saudi Aviation Club. The Half-Moon Bay Flying Club is part of the Saudi Aviation Club Eastern Province. Half-Moon Bay Flying Club is a radio controlled (R/C) models club. The mission of the club is to promote radio-controlled models (airplanes, helicopters, cars, and boats) for the public to participate.
